Biography

Ernesto Mora is a Costa Rican music producer and audiovisual communications professional whose work seamlessly blends music composition and visual storytelling.

His journey in music began in 2012, with the creation of an ethno-psychedelic electronic project called JaguarTree, released under the iconic Australian label Merkaba Music. This project laid the foundation for his innovative approach to sound, over time, he expanded his creative horizons by composing scores for contemporary dance and theater, where he experimented with unconventional structures and techniques, carving out his unique artistic voice. Always exploring different styles of music—including R&B, beat-breaks, techno, organic house, orchestral electronic, and more—his work delves from organic textures to high-futuristic soundscapes, continuously refining his sonic identity.

In recent years, he has ventured into sound design and audiovisual production, forging collaborations with many professionals.

Constantly driven by curiosity and a passion for growth, Ernesto continues to push the boundaries of his craft, evolving as both a music producer and visual artist.
